Orkos, located in Soisy-Bouy in Seine-et-Marne, 100km from Paris, is a committed company that imports fruits and vegetables from various continents, from small producers who cultivate in a sustainable way. We distribute directly to consumers in France and neighbouring countries.

The company's premises are located one hour from Paris, in a castle offering, for those who wish, economical accommodation in an exceptional setting (photo at the bottom of the page).

Logistics team leader M/F

We are looking for a team leader for our logistics operations (storage, sorting and order preparation), capable of coordinating and motivating a small team of 4 to 5 handlers and order pickers.

Your missions ...

Organize and motivate your team,
Receive and control the quality of incoming goods,
Manage the storage conditions,
Draw up accurate and reliable inventories,
Prepare orders with your team in compliance with quality constraints and deadlines,
Ensure hygiene and safety conditions (equipment and premises)

You are...

Trained to Bac or Bac+2 level,
You have a sufficient command of either French, English or Spanish (level B1 to B2 in one of these languages),
You have basic computer skills,
You have a first successful professional experience in logistics, construction or temporary work,
You are serious, motivated, organized and stable, you are enduring and in good physical condition,
You are autonomous, versatile, fast and adaptable, you seek to improve service and optimize procedures,
You know how to motivate your team.

35 hours per week

Remuneration according to experience.

Bonus according to the result of the company.

Order picker M/F

We are looking for order pickers for our logistics operations (storage, sorting and order preparation).

We are looking for a German speaking sales agent to work from home.

Receive calls from our customers,
Participate in callback campaigns for our customers,
Search for new customers
Informing customers about our products

Serious, motivated, organized and stable,
Available from 4pm to 9pm
A basic level in the handling of office tools (word, excel,...)
A level of German that allows you to express yourself fluently
If possible bilingual French
A second language, preferably French, but English or Spanish may be appropriate
A good internet connection
